The coffee was excellent and the English breakfast the best I've had in the UK. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Lovely place almost on your way to Oxford city centre.  Despite its cozy feel, the place is quite big and is suitable for big groups. We were in a group of over 30 and there were still places left.

The cafe is ace for breakfast! Plenty of choice and more, at affordable prices. They also do green matcha latte which I haven't seen anywhere apart from Starbucks, and it's taste is definitely not worse.

Staff is extremely friendly, and wi-fi is there as well. Additionally they have plenty of fliers of what's on in Oxford which is quite handy!

My disappointment with falafels in the UK began here. How could my beloved staple go wrong? I was soon to learn that A Good Falafel Is Hard To Find™.  Really flavorless falafel with odd pairings. However, I (partially) forgive you Rick's Cafe because upon further explorations it was slim pickings in the falafel department all around as I learned that falafel in these parts can mean almost any legumes and vegetables fried up into a ball. I'm just saying if you're expecting a middle eastern/lebanese/greek/persian(anywhere you would traditionally find one) falafel, it is not here.

On to the good things, I liked their coffee. I had a nice big cappuccino and it was lovely. The actual space is pretty cozy and is a nice place to hang out. I think it's more of a place for brekkie and coffee.
